All part 1/online courses on the MAT Online Learning Center were reset on February 1, 2026 to resolve a user enrollment issue. If you completed a part 1/online course prior to February 1, 2026, you were already issued a completion certificate. If you need a copy of your completion certificate, please email matsupport@medhomeplus.org. If you started a part 1/online course prior to February 1, 2026, BUT DID NOT COMPLETE IT, you must re-enroll and start over, per the website alert that was posted from December 30, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
